The Professional Learning Cycle – Plan, Act, Observe, Reflect - is a process that is used by teams of educators for professional learning. Learning occurs during and between team meetings when educators share practice, examine student work and/or access opportunities to build their instructional skills and knowledge-base.

Professional Learning Cycle
- New professional learning cycle templates have been added to the PL Cycle domain on EduGAINS. The templates will help guide collaborative inquiries at the classroom, school and board levels.

- The Professional Learning Cycle can now be accessed from the left menu on the EduGAINS home page. Please visit the site to access resources that will build capacity for collaborative inquiry. Materials include video segments, a facilitator's guide to the DVD and professional learning modules for facilitators. These resources are also linked to the Differentiated Instruction home page.
