Job Embedded Professional Learning

System leaders provide job-embedded professional learning in a number of ways, including:

  • providing extensive professional learning opportunities for teachers and school-level leaders focussing on supporting ELL(learning communities;  on-the-job context; collaborative inquiries)
  • aligning the content of professional development with the capacities needed for district and school improvement with regard to program delivery and assessment practices to support the success of ELL
